KUALA LUMPUR, 29 AUGUST 2019 – The OIC International Business Centre, in collaboration with the Islamic Centre for Development of Trade (ICDT) in Morocco, a subsidiary organ of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Saudi Arabia, announced that they have completed all the preparations for the awaited 9th Muslim World Business and Investment Zone, which will take place from 4-6 September 2019 a Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia.
The event is ultimately supported by the Government of Malaysia and its various agencies

To accomplish this mission, the Muslim World Biz brings together policymakers, economists, chief executives, entrepreneurs, academicians and business professionals to deliberate a number of contemporary issues in order to identify the available opportunities and predict the possible challenges before formulating strategies to exploit the first and overcome the latter. The Muslim World Biz calls for active cooperation that grows the Global Islamic economy
Every year, thousands of visitors fill the exhibition zone where hundreds of exhibitors showcase products and services from various industries including trade and investment, banking and finance, food and beverages, tourism, education, healthcare, property development, lifestyle and cosmetics and textile. The conference zone comprises a number of forums and summits, each of which is dedicated to reviewing the latest updates and presenting new action plans to develop a certain industry. The Chairman of the Muslim World Biz, Mr Muhammed Raja Talib Bin Dato’ Dr Raja Mohamad Abdullah, emphasised the importance of introducing new activities every year to respond to the changing business environment. “We need to be well-aware of all the factors that affect business operations directly or indirectly so that we could prepare our strategies to make efficient use of every possible opportunity,” he said.
